Refund policy
At RSKF, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, we’re here to help. We offer a 30-day return policy—you have 30 days after your order arrives to request a return.
Eligibility
- Items must be in the same condition you received them: unworn, unused, with tags if applicable, and in original packaging or similar box.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
How to Start a Return
Email us at support@rskf.co with your order number. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label (return shipping is on us!) and instructions. Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your item, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

- Banks/credit cards may take longer to process refunds – please allow up to 10 business days
Exchanges
The quickest way to get something different is to return your original item and place a new order after your refund is processed (inventory permitting).
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if it is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns on:
- Items that have been worn, washed, stained, or damaged
- Items without the original tags and packaging (if applicable)
