Four words for the best plans you never made.
It started one Friday in Denver with a last-minute plan to catch a baseball game with a friend who was moving away. As we were leaving, another friend got home from backpacking, so naturally, we convinced her to come along.
The game ended with fireworks, and from there, the night made its own plans. After a night of talking and laughing, we somehow found ourselves watching the sunrise at Red Rocks.
All night, we kept repeating those four words because nothing else described it quite right. By morning, they had become our name.
02. Just Say Yes
Embrace the unexpected. Just say yes.
One Fourth of July, I'd just moved back to Denver and barely knew anyone. My roommate invited me to a park day with people neither of us knew.
"I know this isn't your thing, but wanna come?"
Normally, I would've said no.
Good thing I said yes.
Those strangers became some of my best friends and people I hope to get old with.
That's what I want RSKF to inspire more of. Spontaneous plans, new friendships, and those nights that turn into stories you'll be telling for years.

03. The Point of It All
Everyone's a stranger until they're not.
And that has to start somewhere. RSKF started with a hat.
I couldn't find one that fit right. I either looked like Mojo Jojo or couldn't keep the damn thing on my head. So I made my own.
Turns out, I'm a hat perfectionist. How they sit, how they feel, the curve of the brim. I lose sleep over details most people probably wouldn't even notice. Maybe I'm too particular, but I'd rather obsess than settle for good enough.
That's what I want RSKF to keep making. Quality gear you keep reaching for, and hopefully get a compliment or two along the way.
And who knows where that might lead?
Because a compliment can start a conversation. And a conversation can change your life.
